Launched under Law 5053/2023 and operational since September 2023, the platform serves as an official national mechanism to bridge the gap between Greek professionals abroad and domestic businesses in need of advanced skills. As of late 2024, over 2,100 professionals (mainly Greeks residing abroad) and 200+ businesses had registered. More than 450 job listings led to ~1,500 applications, though nearly 600 candidates remain unmatched, pointing to a need for broader employer engagement.
In-person ReBrain networking events in Amsterdam, London, and Düsseldorf each attracted more than 1,300 participants, catalyzing thousands of CV submissions and interviews.
